Philly was found roaming the street in north Dayton. He was underweight, full of parasites, and very scared. The one who found him (temp foster) took him to Oakview Vet Hospital. He was treated for intestinal parasites, vaccinated and neutered. His foster care is temporary; he desperately needs a permanent home. He weighs in at about 67 pounds and is approx 2 yrs. Despite his rough time on the street, he has never shown any aggression and loves belly rubs. He knows “sit” and “down”, and is walking well on leash. When first rescued, he was too afraid to leave the area near his foster mom. He needs a home without cats or very small dogs. He may have been abused as he is very head shy. Please spread the word to help him find a loving home. .
